Nálunk a Karácsony mindig három napig tart. A december 24-én kezdődik és 26-áig tart, éppen ezért többféle ételt szoktam készíteni, amit aztán viszek magammal vendégségbe is. Így minden nap valami más finomságot ehetek, és biztosan nem kell attól tartanom, hogy valami olyan összetevő kerül az ételbe, amit magamtól nem szívesen tennék bele. :) Miután a napokban éppen azon gondolkoztam, hogy idén mik kerüljenek az ünnepi asztalra, úgy gondoltam, veletek is megosztom ötleteimet. Néhányan már biztosan ismeritek őket, de mivel ezek nálam abszolút bevált ünnepi receptek, amelyek a nem-vegánok körében is mindig megállják a helyüket, így idén is ezek valamelyikét fogom elkészíteni. Bízom benne, hogy nektek is sikerül inspirációként szolgálnom velük.
