Vegán Csokipuding Kölesből

Rendkívül finom és laktató csokipuding receptet hoztam nektek, mely kiváló akár pohárdesszertnek, akár reggelire. Az elkészítése pedig végtelenül egyszerű.
Hozzávalók (2-4 adag)
150 g köles
400 ml víz
Csipet só
12 db friss datolya
4 ek kakaópor
1 tk 100%-os vanília kivonat
300 ml növényi tej
Elkészítés
1. A kölest jól átöblítjük, leszűrjük, majd 400 ml vízzel és egy csipet sóval fedő alatt puhára főzzük.
2. Miután megfőtt, az összes hozzávalót turmixgépbe tesszük, és krémesre turmixoljuk.
3. Végül tálakba öntjük.
Fogyaszthatjuk melegen és hidegen is, valamint ízlés szerint friss gyümölcsökkel és magvakkal tálalhatjuk. Én jelen esetben kókuszchipset használtam.
