Hozzávalók
2 db fagyasztott banán
2/3 bögre fagyasztott áfonya
1/3 bögre növényi tej
Elkészítés
1. Helyezd a hozzávalókat késes aprítóba, és turmixold krémesre.
2. Tálalhatod bármilyen gyümölccsel, diófélével, vagy maggal.
